ARTDECO Eyeshadow Base 5ml
With its smooth and creamy consistency, the Eyeshadow Base prevents eyeshadow from creasing and significantly enhances its staying power, intensity, and vibrancy. As well as lasting longer, the eyeshadow applies more easily and smoothly. This means no fall out, which makes it ideal for contact lens wearers. The base also neutralizes the color of the eyelid. The perfect base for your magnificent eye makeup!
