Directions
Gently pull outward on outer eye corner and glide pencil tip along upper and lower lash line for a crisp lined look. Alternatively, use smudge or crease brush for a smoky finish. To tightline, glide pencil tip along the upper and lower waterline.
TIP: For sharp winged eyeliner, use an angled brush to apply eyeliner along the top lash line, pulling out towards the edge of the eyebrow.
