Each Tablet contains: Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 605mg Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg Sodium Ascorbate 562mg Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg Total Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg Hesperidin 5.0mg Zinc amino acid chelate 40mg Equiv. Zinc 8.0mg Citrus bioflavonoids extract 50mg Rutoside 5.0mg.
Directions
Adults:
For immune support: Take 1 tablet daily with food. To reduce the severity and duration of a cold: Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.
Caution
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. The maximum recommended daily dose (4 tablets) contains 279mg of sodium.
